Across our shared campus both Falmouth University and the University of Exeter have many research networks, groups and individuals interested in exploring different disciplinary perspectives on themes of environmental change, ecological citizenship and sustainable futures.

The FX Creative Exchange Programme is an opportunity to play with possibilities around these themes; it is the explorative process that the programme aims to support as we believe this approach leads to genuine trans-disciplinary working. The programme facilitates collaboration between researchers, community partners and creative practitioners; in doing so it aims to support Cornwall’s creative industries and stimulate opportunities for dynamic public engagement and knowledge exchange.

FX Creative Exchange is co-funded through a partnership between Exeter’s Environment and Sustainability Institute (ESI), Falmouth University, and Exeter Arts and Culture. This is a pilot phase of a renewed programme, building on a decade of creative exchange collaborations.
