From University of Exeter Drama graduates PaddleBoat Theatre comes an interactive Christmas treat for families – and anyone who would enjoy a relaxed, inclusive theatre experience. Following a sell-out run at the Exeter Northcott Theatre last year the show is back, this time at the Barnfield Theatre.
Join Hansel and Gretel as they venture into the woods, trailing breadcrumbs and sharing their story as they go. The mischievous siblings are searching for the magical Christmas Market at the heart of the forest – but if they’re not careful, they’ll find more than just sweets waiting for them in the wintry woods…
This inclusive version of Hansel & Gretel is a sensory story full of music, gentle interaction and integrated signing. With an enchanted woodland set, playful characters and poetic storytelling, it is a perfect first theatre experience for little ones.
11am & 2pm daily (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day)
